IMPORTANT DETAILS
A domain name is not included in Basic, Care or Subscription. The client purchases or pays for the domain separately, generally renewed annually. The price depends on the chosen domain and registrar.
Under Care and Subscription, small changes include updating existing text or photos and adding or changing information about services. An entirely new website, major redesign or large new functionality is a separate project.
At the end of the 12-month term you can discuss renewing the same package for another year, switching plans or discontinuing services. The exact renewal, cancellation and ownership terms are set out in your agreement.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Yes. Hosting is included for the agreed initial 12-month package period. Basic does not include ongoing technical support or routine content updates.
No. Care covers agreed small changes to existing website content. Substantial new functionality, a major redesign or a completely new website requires a separate scope and quotation.
No. Domain registration and renewals are paid for separately by the client, regardless of the website package.
Yes. Tell us what you need before the project begins. We will confirm what fits the package and what would require a separate quotation.
